If you ordered food

Contact the cook, not us. They made your food and they are delivering it — we only provide the software they took the order through. Their phone number is on their ordering page and on your order confirmation.

We cannot see the state of your food, change your order, or refund money you paid a cook, because that money never came to us.

If you are a cook

Email us and we will help. Include your kitchen’s address on CookCart — the yourname.cookcart.in part — so we can find your account.

Our details

Our registered company details are not published here yet — the entity is being incorporated. This page will carry the registered name, address, email and phone number as soon as it exists.

Reporting a problem with a cook

If a cook is unreachable, behaving dishonestly, or selling something they should not be, tell us. We cannot return money paid to them, but we can act on the account. Include the kitchen’s address on CookCart and roughly when you ordered.

Requests about your personal data — what we hold, correcting it, deleting it — go to the same address. See the privacy policy for what we hold and how long for.
